China’s Agricultural Import and Export for Jan. - May of 2017

From January to May of 2017, China’s import & export in agriculture totaled US$ 79.66 billion with a year-on-year increase of 10.2%. China’s agricultural export was US$ 28.58 billion and its agricultural import was US$ 51.08 billion, up by 1.0% and 16.2% respectively. China suffered a trade deficit of US$ 22.50 billion in agriculture, up by 43.6%. The export and import figures of major agricultural products were as follows:
